PCP Claim Experts (a trading style of Maddison Clarke Ltd) is a claims management company. Your claim will be referred to Blue Lion Law Limited (trading as Blue Lion Claims), a firm of solicitors authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA number 815166), registered in England and Wales (company number 12276560), registered office The Centro Buildings, 20–23 Mandela Street, London, NW1 0DU. Blue Lion Law will handle your claim, including all documentation and correspondence. We receive a fee from Blue Lion Law for referring your claim. This does not affect the fees you pay or the service you receive.

Blue Lion Law works on a No Win No Fee basis: you only pay a fee if your claim is successful and you abide by the terms of their agreement. For a successful claim settled without litigation, the fee is up to 36% inclusive of VAT; if settled through litigation, the maximum deduction is capped at 48% inclusive of VAT. Your claim would only be litigated if Blue Lion Law believes you will achieve a better outcome. You can cancel without charge within 14 days of instructing them; after 14 days, they may charge for their reasonable costs.

You are under no obligation to use any firm we refer you to. You can claim at no cost directly to your lender, and then to the Financial Ombudsman Service, without using a law firm or claims management company. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has also introduced a free-to-use motor finance Consumer Redress Scheme, under which it has indicated redress may average around £830 per agreement, with an estimated £7.5 billion to be paid to consumers in total.
